Adding SKU Number

I am going back and trying to add the SKU to sold listings.I am lax in looking the inventory number up when I am listing.  This way they will show up when I print out the CSV.  It won't allow me to do this unless I am relisting it.   Is there a way to add it without relistin and then canceling the listing.  That would cost me 20 cents just to relist and then cancel.   Thank you.

Re: Adding SKU Number

You can't edit a sold out listing and save it without publishing - unless you save as a draft.

I don't have any experience with the CVS part - are you able to print/access drafts?  Would that be of any use to you?

It would be expensive to relist just to add the SKUs, then deactivate.  Can you just start using SKUs going forward?

Oh - one other thought - we can add notes to orders - not sure how far back we have that ability,  of if it would suit your needs.

@BirdieGirlsBackroom: Etsy does not currently allow ANY editing to a sold or expired listing via the web / app interfaces. As you point out, you will need to renew it to save the changes.

Re: Adding SKU Number

I'm likely missing the point here but I wonder if an alternative method would work. Download the csv and save it as a spreadsheet. Insert the sku you need in that spreadsheet?
