This is basically a heads up to other sellers. Yesterday a customer messaged me to say they couldn’t buy an item because there was no drop down menu to select sizes and the add to basket / buy it now button was missing. I am also not able to edit the listing at all. It is very worrying as it is my most popular Christmas item and I could be losing a large amount of revenue. I have created a new listing for the item but this won’t have the same ranking in search, best seller badge or associated customer reviews. I have reported this to Etsy and am awaiting a solution but I just wanted to make other sellers aware of this issue in case they have noticed a downturn in sales on a particular item.
I created a new listing for the same item so that customers who messaged me about the broken listing could still buy it.

I see the box to personalize it and no add to cart button. So sorry.
UPDATE I have found a solution!!!!! I edited the listing on the app. I tried to save the listing but it failed because it said the quantity was at 0 so once I upped the quantity the buy/add button appeared again. I guess it should have said sold out so I could renew it but it didn’t it was still showing in active listings! Thank you so much everyone for helping with this! Merry Christmas!
Might be helpful to tag this post 'UPDATE' as the thread 'solution' so others having this issue can see it right under your main post... even though it doesn't resolve why it happened to begin with.
Hopefully Etsy will look into this and resolve the issue.
I'm glad you got it to work! Still, a weird glitch that shouldn't happen! And if it happened to you, it could be happening to others.

The listing is now functioning as it should, I have found a way round the issue. That doesn’t mean other sellers are not still experiencing this problem so hopefully Etsy will fix this.
Really pleased it's working for you now. I've tried those methods and unfortunately no luck with that.
What did work from the other angle is that I uninstalled and reinstalled the Etsy app (buyers app) and then checked my listings (as a guest) and they seem to work again.
Not yet tested with a customer though. Hoping to ask a couple to do so tomorrow
Many issues with the apps seem to be related to how and when the Etsy Apps synchronize or don't - that is why it sometimes works to log out and then log back in or delete and reinstall the app. These actions appear to force the app to get fresh data.
