Star seller status

Star Seller status shows as shipping has not been 100% shipped on time.  All of my orders have been shipped on time or early with confirmation numbers for each one.  How do I correct this?

Are using Etsy labels?

You can't correct it.  Etsy help can't correct it either - it's a program that works automatically.

Aim to do better next month - it's all you can do.

I have the same issue. Etsy does not credit you with the shipping if you hand deliver even marking it as such.  Is this what is going on with you?

Correct. Basically if there is no tracking number there is no proof it was shipped or delivered. Star seller criteria requires proof.

"What if I offer local pick-up or delivery for my items? At this time, orders that don't have tracking because they are delivered or picked up in person will be considered shipped without tracking, and will not meet the Star Seller criteria for shipping. "

Basically if there is no tracking number there is no proof it was shipped or delivered. Star seller criteria requires proof.

How soon after are you looking?  It can take 24 to 48 hours to update.  

Confirmation numbers?  Are you using flats/letters?  There has been issues with that for the past several months.  

Are you using Etsy labels?  If not using Etsy labels or Pirate ship (or any other service that integrates with Etsy) then perhaps the numbers aren't being entered correctly?
