Active Listings Showing As Sold Out

I wasn't aware this was even happening until a potential buyer messaged me to ask me if I would be restocking a sold out item. I knew it wasn't sold out because it just sold and auto-renewed (I had more than 1 available) yesterday. The listing isn't in my sold out listings and it looks like it is available. When I click on it, sure enough it shows as sold out but there's no way for me to renew it or edit it. 

I contacted Etsy via chat (that was the only option they gave me) and I am still waiting for a response beyond the initial "Let me connect you with a support agent". I have given all the information I have and included screenshots but the chat seems to have been abandoned since no one has responded for 40 minutes.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there any other way to contact Etsy regarding technical issues?

what does the quantity say when you're editing the listing?

It won't let me open the listing to edit at all, but it would be a quantity of one. I had two available and sold one yesterday (after it sold it renewed and charged a 20 cent listing fee yesterday). It's not in my sold out orders and is showing in my shop, but when customers click on it it shows as sold out.
