I have a design that is on a tank top and a t-shirt. The tank top and the T-shirt are on separate listings... You cannot order one or the other on the same page, listings are not connected at all. Customer states that they were ordering the T-shirt and what they received was the tank top. The receipt shows they ordered a tank top including a picture of the tank top and the description of tank top on the receipt. Is it possible there was a glitch when ordering and the T-shirt and it was swapped for the tank top somehow? All I have to go on is the receipt and the receipt shows she actually ordered the tank top. What should I do?
I have a no return/exchange policy as I'm print on demand, so a simple exchange is not possible.
The glitch could be that there's a problem between the listing and the POD company. Contact them.
