Active Listing Status Information

I just noticed that when I look at my active listings, they no longer shows how many views the item has had, nor does it show the number of times it has auto-renewed.  When did this information stop showing up?  It had to have been in the last few weeks!  Is there a different place where I can find this information?  I'm completely baffled (and dismayed)!

Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).

In "Manage Listings" look at the right side of your screen.  Click on the "stats" image.

@GoodVintageHunting  On desktop listings page, we see visits and favorites for last 30 days, and all time sales, revenue, and renewals. Are you using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).

Thank you so much for your answer.  I'm using my laptop.  I'm afraid that there is a browser problem.  All of a sudden, after 10 years of printing labels for my shipments off of the email notifying me of the sale, it wouldn't let me do it without having to do it twice (and consequently create and pay for the labels twice).  I wrote Etsy and they were very responsive but said something about needing to update my browser.  I did my best to do that, as well as try different browsers, to no avail.  I figured out that I can print my labels from the Orders and Shipping tab in my shop instead so I'm just doing that instead of trying to do it through the email as I've always done.  Anyway, in trying to update my browser, with all the shenanigans involved in trying to figure out how to do that, I must have changed something.  I'm 64 and apparently just need to find a live and in-person ten year old to help me!

There have been some reports that certain versions of Firefox are having issues printing PDFs and I am sure that these kind of issues will plague us forever.
