We have been responding to every message within 24 hours and our message rating is still at 67%.
It's not being calculated correctly so we only have the Smooth Shipping and Rave Reviews badges.
Has this happened to anyone else? I'm super frustrated because we've been working really hard to earn the badge.
You do know you have to reply to ALL messages even if they come from someone you purchased something from or other sellers? If you check your message CSV/history on the SS page in the messages area it will show what messages they flagged. Also if you are using auto reply know that it only lasts for 5 days and shuts off.
and sometimes there are just glitches.
Yes we respond to everything and I just set up auto reply in case it would help but don't actually use it as a real "response".
@SweetElizabethCake But have you checked the CSV file to see which messages Etsy thinks you have not replied to? That should always be step one.
Go to shop manager then middle of the page it says Shop Advisor, under that is star seller, click on see my performance, then you can download your message history so you can see exactly which ones they are talking about.
