Account suspended, not help from ETSY support, SSN doesn't fix

I am new to all of this and just tried to setup an account a few days ago. I entered my EIN and LLC information but it hasn't been activated, says suspended.  I found on forum some people were putting SSN in the EIN field but that didn't work.  How do I get this fixed?  Etsy is not responding or even reading my responses it seems.  What exactly should I do?  Thank you for the help.

Etsy does not usually request your SSN until you approach the $500 mark. Check you email. They may have either asked for a copy of your ID or your bank verification.

The email they sent says "To reactivate your shop, go to your Shop Manager and update your legal and tax information with a valid Employer Identification Number. Otherwise, you won’t be able to receive new orders on Etsy."  It is the correct number though. I see in the tax information screen there is a place to enter a Additional taxpayer information but doesn't give me any option to upload the IRS document showing my EIN is correct.  The second email had "If you reach the maximum number of attempts to submit business verification details, you’ll need to upload documentation for us to review." I just don't see any place to upload and haven't received a response from anyone to tell me where.  Do you happen to know where upload is?  this is my first try at this so just unsure of how this all works or where things are.  Thank you

As a single proprietor you are considered a disregarded entity if you file and individual tax return and not an LLC one.  That can have some bearing on the acceptance of the information.

All names must match.  You have no location so can't tell if you are in a state with a requirement for an LLC or not.  Sometimes that makes a difference.

You don't upload anything - you just enter the number.

Yes, have been entering but the email states "If you reach the maximum number of attempts to submit business verification details, you’ll need to upload documentation for us to review." so was hoping to get that documentation for review to show it was correct.
