Suspended account - unable to get Etsy to accept tax information

I have tried repeatedly to enter my government issued information and Etsy will not accept my local jurisdiction information. Tried the unhelpful help messaging, only getting the run around. There doesn't seem to be a way to call and actually speak to a person. My shop has been suspended for a long time , many missed opportunities. I am very disappointed with etsy. Maybe it's time for a change.

everything on etsy, and your ID and Bank account have to match

so if your name, in the legal section, is Jane Susan Smith, it has to be the same everywhere, you can't have it as Jane S Smith anywhere lse,

also, sometimes, although the letter confirmation of ID from the authorites looks right, it is not exactly what is on the electronic records etsy checks, so double check that.

Names have to match on all documents.

As a single owner, IRS may consider you a disregarded entity in spite of the LLC.   Unless you have employees IRS disregards LLCs for single owners.

You can only try so many times within a day before it freezes.  You may need to provide documents to Etsy.  You may need to contact Etsy to get this sorted out.

I have the same problem. I added all the company details correctly. But a red banner saying they are not correct is displayed in the finance section. I sent 3 messages to the support and they told me everything was solved. And that they had accepted my information. Twice. :))

However, the red banner is still there...

You need your business registration number.  You find that number on your secretary of state website.  I had this issue.
