Dear etsy team
If account holds suddenly without any information and this is third time in a month. Then how a seller get confident to sale his or her product on etsy.
Why do not you understand that lots of efforts and hard work we are doing to creat a product and list on store and suddenly one day store is on holiday mode. Even though i am loosing my confident to work with etsy because we do not know that after 2 3 years may be etsy suddenly hold my account withoit any information.
Your customer care never responds and if responds never gives the exact reason.
At present we are communicating with two three custoners for customisarion of product now suddenly shop is on hold now what i will do and who is responsible if i will lose my sales with the customers
Its a complet loss for me, if this will happen again and again with the seller i am assuring that sellers will never trust etsy.
Therefore it is our humble request either resolve this issue or tell us cleary that i am not eligible to sale on etsy so that i will spend more time and money to other selling platform where i can sale my products more confidently and without worrying of these kind of sudden verifications
Hope etsy will do something for.sellers so that they will sale their product confidentally

There are some people that have been in vacation mode for weeks. No one can get a hold of them. They don't care.
Really sorry for what you have been going through. I saw your
other threads. That's not fair to put seller into this situation. I really hope this gets resolved for you soon. Etsy support seems unwork, it's hard to know when we’ll get real help, but don't give up. Hang in there!
Their is no way to resolve this issue? We invested lots of time and money to creat a store even we stock in hand and always try to give best customer service after all that they suddenly hold the account even approx 400 dollars are still pendimg to pay. If they do not restore the store then how i will claim my funds can you please sugest us if you know that.
Is your Etsy payment also linked to Payoneer? I reached out to Payoneer support again, and they confirmed my account is fine and everything is in order. But my Etsy payment is still unavailable, even though my shop seems to be reopened now. I’m concerned that once I get a new order, my shop will be put back into forced vacation mode. I really hope Etsy's technical team can look into this issue and resolve the glitch soon.
It really feels like mockery! A week of waiting, successfully passed verification, made one purchase, and now back to vacation mode with the need for verification again.

Yes, I honestly don't know when this will end. Are we stuck in this loop again? It just feels unfair that we're the ones left dealing with all of this.
Even we also i do not understand what they verify again and again and why do not the verification process will be done at backend without disturbing the store.
Whey they first Hold the store and then Verify the documents, even the sales funds were also stocked and do not know what it will open again when not.
I think we need to register our self in other selling platform if we only trust etsy we will face loss for sure. they will suddenly hold the store which is very horrific and something like mental harassment.
