On the 28th, my store was put into vacation mode. I provided the required documents, and my shop was verified today, on the 31st. However, after receiving a sale, my store was put into vacation mode again and is now asking me to verify it once more.
I don’t know if this is a technical glitch or something else. There seems to be no way to contact Etsy, and they don’t even respond. This is really frustrating.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue and found a solution, please share your advice.

Exactly the same problem. A week of waiting, successfully passed verification, made one purchase, and now back to vacation mode with the need for verification again. The desire to work with Etsy is gradually fading.
Yeah, same here. I just had a call with Etsy support, but it seems like they don’t have much control over it either. They said it’s handled by another department. Getting put on vacation mode again and again feels like a technical glitch to me. Hope they sort it out soon.
