Account has be suspended for a secone time

Hello,

I'm desperately looking for answers. 

My account has been suspended for the second time with no explanation. 

Has anyone got any suggestions on this?

I have already had my account suspended and reactivated once I can't believe this has happened again.

Try requesting a call back, they may be able to see from your account what the reason is.

It's hard to say anything without any info.  What was the reason for the suspension the first time?  Perhaps it has been suspended for the same reason possibly by a bot.  Have any listings been deactivated? Have you been asked to upload documents?  Is there a banner on your Store Manager or on your Finances screen?

looking at the pictures in your reviews,

I would say etsy has found similar, elsewhere

they say it's OK to have charmS put on things, .......... so then, with a mix, it's more likely to be unique

I would think the bots are likely to be finding similar items
