problem editing my cover

Hello I have a problem editing my cover, no matter how many times I upload the photo it doesn't save, I have tried with different browsers and it is impossible: Opera, Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, it only worked the first time but then it didn't work anymore.

Can Etsy help?

Do you mean your shop banner? If it's not uploading, it might be too big. Make sure it's 3360 x 840 pixels, and a minimum of 1200 x 300. If you're using the small banner, it's 1200 x 160 pixels.
