Etsy has unexpectedly suspended both my shops, permanently. First and the main shop on last Friday, and the second one on Sunday. I was in the middle of a conversation with one of my suppliers, and before I finished the message, it went into suspension mode. It was so random that I was shocked! I filled out and sent the appeal form on the same day. I went through the forum to find out that it had happened to other sellers in the past. My second shop was suspended on Sunday as well, which was expected, being under the same IP address.
I got an order from Spain a day before the shop was suspended. I'm supposed to ship the order in the next two days. I can't log in to my account. How do I fulfill my order? I can't even cancel or refund if I have to do that. I don't want to leave the customer waiting. Since the order is from Spain, the customer has paid a lot of money for shipping and VAT. I always purchase Etsy labels, and that automatically calculates VAT. Should I ship the order using my local PO?
I'm at a loss, as this was quite unexpected. I never got an email or any kind of warning message from Etsy. My credit card expired a few weeks back, and I already updated it a week back or so. They put my shop on vacation mode in 2023 because I mistakenly put my name under my LLC's name. That was resolved after I provided all the legal documents. I can't think of anything else that may have caused the suspension. I've been selling on Etsy since 2014 and have all five-star reviews, no complaints or cases from customers. If there's a mistake made on my part unknowingly, I'm ready to correct it and resolve it by ensuring that it won't be repeated. My shop is my emotional, creative outlet that I started after my daughter's name. I've invested a lot of money. But more than money, it's an emotional loss for me.
I don't want to bombard Etsy with all the emails. I will wait for their response to my appeal. But is there anything else I should do meanwhile? Thank you for any advice or suggestions you might have for me

the shop you are posting from was put on vacation mode because you did not sign up for Etsy Payments.
Thank you for letting me know. I didn't realize that because I created that account many years back and don't sell anything from there, I don't use it or check it regularly. Will update it. Thank you!

You must declare ALL shops in each shop, even if you don't use them regularly.

You're right, looks like I can use it to communicate and have to set up Etsy payments. I'm doing it now, but what do I write if I don't sell anything from there? I created it, I think, around 2010 or so. I used to make jewelry using fabric, but I didn't have enough knowledge about selling on Etsy. So I tried it, but then didn't use it much other than buying stuff from Etsy through that account.
You can still fulfill the order you got by looking at the email you should've received with the buyer's address.
Yes, the only thing is I can't use the Etsy label, which is easier with international shipments. I'll go ahead and ship it if my shop is not reinstated by tomorrow.
@OpalinaCreations You cannot have PayPal. That could be one of the reasons., You must have Etsy payments. IF you are located in the Ukraine, India or elsewhere you may need a Payoneer account.
Etsy does not send out warnings. They don't have to as it is in the Our House Rules. They may send but if they feel what you have in your shop is not what they want sold on Etsy they have been known to close a shop down quickly.
You can close down the unused shop. Simply fill out the requirements as found in Help.
You may need to contact Etsy about this.

I'm in the USA. I didn't realize that I had only PayPal. I will update Etsy payments today. This is the only account that I can use to post here. So, I don't want to close it soon. But will do that once this is resolved. Thank you so much for making me aware of this. I will make sure this doesn't happen again.
