Hi i have problem to access to my account because the email no longer exists and I cannot log in .
I can't log in and I can't change my email.
in assistance we talk about changing my password but as I no longer have an active email, I can no longer enter
And now wich is the solution?

You are logged in to post here, soooo... download your shop data, and close your shop. Create a new account with a valid email address, and open a new shop.
Go to https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115015410188
Click on the "Contact support" button at the bottom.
Click on "Change your email address". Click "I still need help" button. Fill in the form.
We are unable to access to our email account linked to our Etsy shop. Our email is no longer active. Thus, it says "The shop is currently not selling". We contacted Etsy Support twice but haven't received a reply in two months. Any suggestions or comments?
My email account got frozen and even the service provider couldn't figure it out and told me to get a new one. I had zero luck with getting a reply to an email from Etsy when I tried to update it and couldn't because they send the code to the old (inaccessible) email. I finally went through Chat and they passed me on to the "right team" who emailed my provided email from my other Etsy shop and asked some security questions and fixed it in a day or 2.
@hopeandjoystudios: You were probably successful because you followed the rules about disclosing other shops (making it easier for Etsy to verify you) which @BlueVelvetEngland does not appear to have done.
Unless you have a dozen accounts selling identical items, I don't think Etsy gives 2 figs if somebody has 2-3 accounts selling different items and didn't mention them..at least not enough to close your shop instead of saying Hey, you need to declare all your shops. They even say they allow if some of your items are identical as long as it is not "too many" and you present them differently.
