Account Hacked... Shop Suspended

Hello,

My account was hacked a few weeks ago and hacker did the Message Policy Violations due to which my account was suspended. I did file an appeal with Etsy and they refused to reinstate my account. 2FA was also turned ON but I don't know how they got access to my account. A mistake not done on my part but I've to bear the results. It's a big loss to my company as we're surviving on this only.

Today I filed an appeal again. Is there anyone who can look into this matter seriously and HELP ME!!!!
