About Section photo slideshow problem.

I am wondering if anyone has the same issue as me. I recently changed the pictures in the About Section, they are in the correct size as indicated; 760px by 468px in JPG format.

I upload them and save the changes, but then I go to check the section and it all appears blank, except for a photo description phrase that I included when I uploaded them. And when I check the section on my smartphone nothing appears, not even the photo description phrase.

How can I solve this?

I can't find the other posts but lots of sellers were complaining their about section photos show arrows but no photos.

@NataBurgos  Hi, Here is the other Thread about this. You're right, the About Page photos suddenly disappeared. It seemed doing a Hard Refresh Ctrl+F5 brought them back, but that didn't last.  Mine are still missing today, I did the Hard Refresh a couple times and they came back.  The thing is, Buyers won't know to do this, and as I said it doesn't last.  (desktop computer, Chrome).

@nineteen27  Thank You for checking.  I just checked again now, and they are still there.  Earlier they were gone.  And the other day, they were there briefly, then gone again.  I do wonder what Buyers see (or don't see), on various devices.

Right now I can see mine, but during the early hours of the day I only saw blank.

I see your photos.  Edge browser.

The photos don't have to exactly fit.  Etsy will reduce larger photos to the 760 px. How to Edit Your Shop’s About Section – Etsy Help

Mine are gone and have been for several days. Haven't decided if I should delete them or just wait and see if it is ever fixed.

I can't believe it. They fixed the mobile browser view of About Section photos!

@ThePurplePuppy I am celebrating the BIG fix of the photos in our About section. It used to be zoomed in and cut off on mobile browsers. 

A few days ago Etsy intern with poor eyesight tripped on electrical cord and all our photos went blank. When the power came back, it refreshed the circuit and fixed our photos. That's my theory, because I doubt Etsy intentionally fixed it:)

The pics were missing for me yesterday and a refresh brought them back, but are missing again today until I refreshed again. This is using Firefox. I'm sure customers won't even know they are supposed to be there. Do any of them scroll down to see it, I wonder? I do when I shop.
