AR Function Completely Random When it Populates on App

I have same exact listings (categories, dimensions...attributes etc..) for my wall art, just different photos. The AR function shows up on one and not the other. Makes absolute no sense. I have compared the listings split screen on my desktop and nothing is different from how they are listed that would cause the AR function not to populate for one of them. At the end of the day whatever cause I doubt most customers take note of or can use the function but come on Etsy...

I haven't heard of any updates to the feature for a long time so it might still be in beta mode and whether it displays for particular listings might be a bit random.
