3 new 5 star reviews and no update on my dashboard.

I hate the Star seller program.  I have a 1 star review....and 14 new 5 star reviews and I my number 4.6 hasn't changed.  Etsy sucks...I know I am a star seller I have only 2-  1 star reviews since 2014.  This program ridiculous.  If 1 single 1 star review and can completely destroy like 720 5 stars... how does that help a seller.

For Star Seller Program Rating the Last Review Period (Badge which is currently showing in shops) is 01 May to 31 July. For this period you have 13 reviews with 59 Stars in total. 59/13 = 4.53

For Star Seller Program Rating the Current Review Period (Badge which is will be  showing in shops from 01 Sept) is 01 June to 31 August. For this period you have 14 reviews with 65 Stars in total. 65/14 = 4.64

SSP requires an "average" of 4.8 to qualify for the "Star" metric
