A very unique problem with my account

Hi everyone, Without going into personal reasons, My account was suspended, To which I appealed and was successful. It has been a couple of days since the appeal decision to which not has actually changed in my shop it is still in temporary holiday mode with no option for me to turn it off other then contact Etsy support, Well here comes the interesting bit.

I was wondering if there were further instructions sent to me via Email that I had to agree to before having the holiday mode lifted, But for some reason I do not receive Etsy emails, I have tried setting up a new Email for this reason but without receiving the confirmation code in the first place there is no way to change my email address so I can start receiving emails from Etsy. There is only one more way I can change my email / let Etsy know that communication through email is not possible is to send them a ticket. It gets better-

So now I need to send Etsy a ticket in relation to what I do next for the account reinstatement and also a ticket for the emails not working, So I put these questions into the still open ticket about the appeal, To which I never got a reply, I am guessing that since the appeal has been investigated and reinstated that ticket chat line is not being monitored now I can only guess.

So I decided to open a new ticket for the issues at hand mentioned above, As soon as the ticket opened, It closed immediately within seconds of opening saying problem resolved, at the bottom of this ticket it then says still need help which of course I do since my issues have not been resolved, clicking this button just prompts me to open a new ticket again to which I did and once again within seconds the ticket auto closes. 

I am stuck in this infinite loop to which I feel the only way to get answers, get my store back up and running and fix the email related issues that I only have with Etsy by the way, all other emails coming through as normal, I really to speak to an actual customer service rep, But since the infinite loop of auto ticket closes, No live chat line and No Call back feature available for me for some reason, I can never get to speak to anyone.

 

I am hoping by posting this message it will somehow help get my problem to someone at Etsy that can investigate this for me further or get in contact with me, I know its a long drafted message but if you made it to the end thank you!

What was your shop called? You come up as a reader so that means that no valid shop is attached to this account. Without knowing why Etsy suspended you in the first place does hinder our ability to give you suggestions. Only Etsy can give you actual answers.

Thanks for your reply, Shop was/is called KH Design Print, Due to extenuating circumstances I had to step away from Etsy which lead to account suspension, I have appealed the suspension and the ticket headline said '-

Update: Appeal Successful - Account Reinstated 

 

That's the last contact I had with support, that ticket is still open but getting no responses and I am receiving no emails at all from Etsy, no support, no one time codes, no verification codes. but the email is fully functional as I am receiving emails from all other recipients at normal.

Your selling activity is not been re-instated, it says your shop is not currently selling om etsy
