A local delivery

Anyone know how to get a "not delivered on time" because no tracking was provided as buyer picked up locally?

Any hand delivered item will count against your Star Seller metric because there is no tracking.

Etsy will not adjust your metrics retroactively.  There is no work around.

If you are in the United States, you can send a low cost tracked letter containing a receipt and enter that tracking number into Etsy's system (Pitney Bowes).
