I have had multiple chats with support regarding my Star Seller status in the past month regarding the following:
My message response percentage is down to 80%. This was due to messages initially going to spam from one buyer. I start replying after he followed up with a message that did not go to spam. Having messages from same buyer go to spam and the inbox was confusing. I made the mistake of moving the messages from the spam folder to my inbox since they were legit. The next day my response rate went down. I reply within minutes to messages as you can see from my history.
Case No 16184220 was opened, but there has been no resolution and no one has contacted me. I was even told my status would not be affected in May due to the pending case, but the Star Seller status was taken away.
Can we please get this resolved in a timely manner.
Did you ever get this resolved? The same has happened to me now.
