I have chatted with the Pirateship crew and they're aware of the issue but early thoughts are it appears to be on the Etsy server side.
Just in case you can't import your labels....Arrrrr, give me the hook! Etsy, you're walking the plank tonight!
Pretty sure it’s an Etsy problem. I can’t use the buyer app for the past hour.
I went into "settings" "integrations" on Pirateship and selected "connect new source" - then "etsy" and it fixed the problem for me.
exactly what I did. Worked immediately.
On Etsy's side, the integration area spun and spun. But on the PS side...voila!

Not true/not fixed for Shipstation as of 3 am MST 8/17
Problems are not resolved yet. ExportFeed is also facing the same issue.
Still a bit glitchy this morning too.....it works after a few tries but not sequentially.

I was able to re-establish the Etsy link in PS so it seems fixed. Hoping it holds until morning! : )
It is an Etsy issue will all of the third party shipping apps. Just think how this is going to impact "Star Sellers" or "Badges" for shipping on time. We'll be told, "If you purchased Etsy labels they would have been marked as shipped. So, sorry. Good luck next month!" ****Manually go in and load everything to avoid this before 11pm EST.***
Fortunately it was late in the day but sucks for any West Coaster's in their afternoon hours.
I only happened to discover it because I was setting up for tomorrow.
As of now Shipstation is still getting this "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden"
Same error here in Shipstation. Partial luck adding the selling channel again, some of the orders loaded but not all. So frustrating.
Same thing with Trunk -- so inventory integrations were disconnected as well.
Thankfully, Trunk has great customer service and let us know there was an issue, and gave instructions on how to easily reconnect.
If you sold anything on Etsy during the outage, check your inventory on your other Trunk integrations. It wasn’t able to subtract because it didn’t know about the Etsy sale.
Problem is not resolved. Still not connected / integrated despite multiple attempts to reconnect. The resolution at the top of this page is faulty.
As mentioned above, Trunk alerted us to the issue and had directions on their side to fix the issue, but I haven't been able to fix it on ShipStation.

Same here. Haven't been able to connect to my Etsy shop since 10am Central time today. Repeat tries get the 403 or 404 error not found. Finally got into the Etsy part of it and still got an error:

So they say the fix is "in progress" but it's not getting very far....and I've got orders coming in....sure hope they fix it overnight!
Its been almost 9 hours and still no fix, they said it was fixed but clearly its not
3am mst: Just saw this thread while trying to figure out why none of my shipping notifications were sent yesterday and still cannot be sent through Shipstation. Now it appears to customers and Etsy that orders have not been shipped on time! No new orders can be imported either now through Shipstation.
I'm having the same problem. I also see a 403 Forbidden error.
