Hi, I was told by Etsy support to write my concern here. My 5 Star Shipping count is inaccurate because I had ONE number wrong on the usps tracking number. I fixed it and it shows that the item was delivered within 2 days of shipping and it shipped on time. They looked into it and it's all correct, yet, they say they cannot change my Shipping Rating on the 5 Star. It was 100% and I always ship on time. Now it says 86% but this not correct. I shipped it on time and have proof. This is completely unfair and bad business practice. I am not happy with Etsy at all, after being on here since 2009.

Etsy's first Level Customer Support Reps do not have the authority or tools to update SSP data.
Etsy does provide a 3 day "window" to correct, update or change Tracking information, but that is all

@JBeaudetStudios There have been certain specific anomalies or errors which Etsy Community Specialists have identified as needing rectification and escalated appropriately from Forun posts, but I do not think your situation/s would be one of them
@AriasObachan Did you X Cancel the Order after refunding in full? If you did not X Cancel, the Order is still "open".
I have the same issue and my shipping rate fell due to an account that didn’t have app address per USPS was not deliverable and I couldn’t print out a label. Messaged buyer to no avail and promptly refunded amount paid. This account kept showing up as being late with 0 balance. I couldn’t send my concerns to help support because it didn’t fit any policy that I’m aware of. Prior to this I had 100% and kicked me out of star awards. If there is a way to fix the discrepancy it would be greatly appreciated.

Did Etsy support send you here to the forums for moral support from fellow sellers or as something further to be done? Unfortunately, if it's the latter, no one here has any authority to modify your star status.
Either way, I find this trend extremely disturbing - support should resolve support issues. The ONLY thing I "kind of" understand to refer off is to the tech support side and to start a thread if there's a bug so that others can build on that thread.
It looks like I was within the 3 day period because my 100% score is back today. Etsy support sent me a link to this forum, and not seeing any other option, I assumed this was where they wanted me to post my problem. I thought it was strange. I’m happy it was fixed but that is not what they said. They told me basically that I was out of luck. It was 1 number that I typed in wrong. The item was shipped on time and received in 2 days.
