hello, I see that I have met all the star seller conditions. I see that I have fulfilled the minimum 5 order requirement with 8 orders. however, I see that I do not meet this requirement. can you help me? I wish you a good day.

You have to have been on etsy 90 days from the date of your first sale, before you can get star seller.

you have to have met the $300 sales minimum.

Has you shop been open at least 90 days?

You need to finish your shop - Announcement, About Page, Policies and Location - then worry about the SSB.

90 days ago from today is 02/09/22.

Your first sold item wasn't listed until the 04/09/22. You couldn't have possibly sold it before 02/09/22.

Your shop hasn't been open 90 days since your first sale.

Looking into your shop, it appears that you still haven't passed the 90 days period from the time you've received your first sale. Please know that aside from the customer-related metric and minimum requirements. You also need to have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale before you can be eligible for evaluation of Star Seller.
