Wrong Shipping time being sent

3 times in the last few weeks I have had customers message me and say that they want to cancel their orders because Etsy sent them an email saying that their order would not ship for over a month. I have not changed anything-just updated to the new app. My processing time is set to 3-5 days. Any ideas how to fix this?

I looked at one of your headbands and this is what it shows for my timetable:

 

Dec. 5 order placed

Dec 8-12 order ships

Dec 10-20 delivered

I'm guessing Etsy has pushed out the "expectation" times to account for the holiday rush - which is good in informing customers but one does expect to receive an order before 20 days down the road at the beginning of December.

Or were those buyers international, by chance?    Things are getting tight going through customs now.
