I greet the dear Etsy team. I have a question about the recent reduction of my third star in the star seller regarding late orders and updating with the wrong tracking number.
I have checked my orders and their tracking numbers and found them correct!
The orders are already in America while in e.shop it seems to me that they are at an early stage.
Please if you can correct the error or explain to me what has happened.
These are shipments with tracking numbers 9104852864 and 2456552700

Etsy won't amend anything. Go to your Shop Manager and Click on Star Seller, then click in the despatch box and download the report. There it will show which ones Etsy thinks are missing tracking.
