Refund Links for Canada Post Shipping Labels Not Present
I purchased some Canada Post shipping labels on Saturday. I needed to cancel one so I waited the hour but the refund link gave me an error "Unable to refund - contact support" after choosing the reason for refund and attempting the request. I tried a couple of different options from the drop down menu and none of them worked.
I tried again on Sunday but this time the refund links/text were not there at all on any of my recently completed orders despite none of them being received by Canada Post.
I purchased a shipping label earlier today and the refund links are not visible this time either. I have tried multiple browsers with no changes.
Is there a bug or maintenance going on that I am not aware of? Could anyone else please check and let me know if you have refund links available for your Canada Post labels right now?

This has happened to me a few times as well. It seems to come and go. In each case I have contacted support and they have issued a refund. I used the chat feature or requested a call back.

It seems that all of my labels purchased over the weekend were preemptively marked as In Transit despite not being dropped off at the post office yet, including one from earlier today. I just purchased another one however and it is showing up as pre-transit as it should and I do see the refund text beside that one. I am working through the steps of a refund request through Etsy support via e-mail. Hopefully it was a just a temporary issue.

Some of my packages have also been showing in transit while still sitting here. Others say pretransit when they’ve been delivered and reviewed. Who knows?! Lol
