I hope someone can help. I print my labels from etsy.com, not the app, because it’s the only way. Been doing it for years on my phone. I tried to print a label today. When you tap NEW ORDERS, it goes to the next order. I tap GET SHIPPING LABELS, then it sends you to the next option which is REVIEW before purchasing the label. Well when I tap review nothing happens. This is the first time. I turned my phone off and cleaned the screen 4 different times. I turned the phone to horizontal and still it doesn’t work so I know it’s not the screen because horizontal puts the REVIEW button inna different spot. And I am typing with no problem down toward the bottom where that button doesn’t work.
Anybody have this problem? Solution? I am so bummed if I have to go to the post office. My ebay labels still print from my phone. It’s that stupid REVIEW button that won’t work. Help please!
