I marked two orders complete at the same time, taking trouble to enter the appropriate references into each address, but I had been getting a lot of error messages and problems logging in to the site with Firefox. (I had already put in a Support request about this), and it seems they got jumbled during uploading.
I saw my Star Seller status for Speedy Dispatch is not being marked as perfect, and wondered why...
When I looked in to the problem I saw that both the tracking references were against one order and the other order had no tracking reference.
I know this is not how I entered them when I completed the webpage, and am sure it must have happened somehow during uploading, I notice I sent a message to one of the recipients saying they should have received a tracking reference through Etsy, but to contact me if they had not. I wouldn't normally write this, so guess it was one of the times I was getting error messages telling me to try again.
This all matters because I do not want to lose my Star Seller status. Help told me to write to you, and I see another person, had a similar problem around the same time, but I don't know how to open their thread to see if they found a solution.
PS even in sending this message just now I have an error message:
"Correct the high-lighted errors and try again"
"Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied."
I am about to try again....
I would be very grateful for any help or advice with this.
