2 customers now have had the same issue of not being able to checkout due to 'choose options' even though they have already selected from the dropdown. It will not allow them to proceed with checkout (marked grey)
I just had the same thing happen yesterday! I had to create a completely new listing for them to checkout
Over the past 2 weeks I've had about a ton of messages about this - I contacted Etsy but they said they can't see any problems! One customer came back to me and said it let them order through the website and not the app so I've been directing the other customers to the website (I know it's an inconvenience!) and they've been able to order so it must be an issue with the app! It seems to only be the odd person though, not everyone which is odd
