The only thing missing for me to get a Star Seller badge is my customer service response times. Apparently there’s still ‘room to improve’.
However I worked really hard last month to answer everyone quickly and reached 100%.
This must be a bug?
It seems like quite a few people are having issues like this, me included. Hopefully they will get it straightened out soon.
