I’m reaching out because I’m really frustrated and out of options, here is my last hope. Etsy keeps removing my fire pit listings one by one, and I have no idea why. I've tried contacting support by opening multiple cases, but I haven't received any assistance so far, it just says This request is complete. My fire pits listings were deactivated by Etsy, and I am at a loss as to why this happened. I designed and crafted these fire pits entirely from scratch. I designed and 3D printed or casted from gypsum the forms and made the silicone molds myself.
I’m willing to provide any evidence you need. I can film the entire process—from printing the forms and making the unique silicone molds to mixing the concrete medium, setting the crystals, and painting the gold edges. Everithing including the instructions and printed materials were created by me in my small studio here in Miami, Florida.
If anyone from the support team is reading this, please, I’m begging you to help me reinstate my listings. If you need anything, just ask, and I will gladly provide all the evidence you need. I hope you’ll find a moment to assist me.

Have a read around the forum and you will see that many other shops are having their handmade items removed.  This is because Etsy is trawling the internet for duplicates to prevent reselling and it must be that someone has stolen your photos and is selling an item like yours.  If you do a reverse image search you will be able to see where else your items are up for sale.  

I think you need to contact Etsy with your evidence to have your items reinstated and I think you might need to issue DMCAs to those using your photos.  Look at other posts to see how things are being resolved or hopefully someone else can advise you further.

Any chance you may be using a word such as "amber"?  While many sellers use it to describe a certain color, it is technically one of Etsy's "no-no" words (due to a lawsuit with baby teething bead necklaces), and will instantly remove any listing with that word.

Did it say why they were deactivated?

One thing that seems to be happening to others is that their photos were stolen and listed on other big sites. Have you done reverse-image searches? If so, you need to file a DCMA takedowns.

It's all done by bots.

some of your listings say they have alcohol in them -  Key Features: Ethanol Fuel or Isopropyl Alcohol

when I click gold, or silver, on one choice, the picture doen't chhange, you have not linked the picture to the variation

You need to do a search to see if other sites have stolen your items and/or photos.  The Buddha head fire pit, for example, can be found on Alibaba, using the same main photo.
