Issues Setting Up a Coupon Code

I've set up hundreds of coupon codes without any issues. For the past two days, I am unable to set up a % off code. When I try to check box the "doesn't expire" it jumps to the top of the page. When trying to add an end date, I can't go past August and when choosing a date, it jumps to the top of the page. Is anyone else experiencing this?

This "jumping" has affected many sellers recently and has occurred in every aspect of Etsy from listing, relisting, editing, adding core details, coupons, etc.  It's an Etsy glitch that needs urgent attention ... all we sellers can do is be patient and wait for the fix to happen.
