Hello! My sign shop on etsy is called Authentic Signs! I am currently selling aluminum signs with vinyl graphics applied. All of my designs are original or spinoffs on real signs you see in everyday life. Other signs I sell are miniature versions of real traffic and safety signs. Some of my graphic elements are hand drawn and then re-drawn on the computer. Often, I just get my pen tool out on the computer and just start drawing away.

I am currently experimenting with some new signs that I will release later here on etsy that are hand painted and stained. All of the signs are made from reclaimed pallet wood that I have been cutting down into sign blanks.

I noticed there was no team for sign makers & sign admirers so I wanted to start one here on Etsy. I make all of my signs at home and hope to grow my etsy business. I am looking forward to networking and meeting other sign makers!

Hiya, here at mycheekyboosigns we make unique wooden signs, most of all with recycled letters but also with stamped ink letters. We handpaint each sign, and then cut letter/stamp letters by hand. Each and every sign is completely unique. You can choose colours and wording for most of our signs. We are only a mini family business and really hope to get some orders via etsy. The more orders we receive the braver we are to try new things :) I love some of the members to this team, some of the signs are amazing!!!

Hi everyone! I'm glad I found a place to get some help and look at other shops. I have a CNC machine and create original signs in wood, metal, or plastic from CAD CAM designs I create on the computer. My wife and I work together. Have a look at my shop while I'm browsing through yours.

Hello! My name is Krystal & I make custom signs for all occasions. I mostly use upcycled wooden pallets, but have recently been buying wood for bigger projects.

This is a new business venture for me so I can use all the help I can get with promoting.

I am passionate about this, because it allows me to supplement my income so that I do not have to send my son to daycare and can keep him with me. He is only 9 months old & I treasure every moment I have with him.

Hi. Just saw there was a team for sign makers--Thank you! My shop is North Shed Treasures and I make custom wood name signs among other things. I love working with wood and creating something special for someone. I cut and paint (finish) each one.

Hello All,

My name is Mike and I've been making signs for approximately 52 hours. HA! I have been doing woodworking as a hobby for some time and enjoyed making signs for family so much I am taking a leap of faith. I made four so far and have listed them. My signs are all hand carved and painted. I have 10 more to list tomorrow. My signs are good natured and i hope you enjoy them if you check them out.

I work full time but really need to bring some extra money into the home, so here I am, and what a great way to make extra money.

If there is anything i can do to make everyone more successful, let me know!

I did a search for signs in teams and was happy to find this one! :) I make hand painted wooden signs and make my own stencils. I love fonts and different sayings and typography! I've got a super busy shop and am always wishing I can find others who can relate!!

hi all ,im Michael from Aim vinyl signs , I been creating vinyl signs for about 10 years creating different things from vinyl lettering to metal signs , and joined etsy in oct , and just getting involved with these groups and forums to see how I can promote my business a bit better.
I manly do the sign in the office of my house in evening and weekends ,i work as a full time carpenter most of the year,
thought the years I have learned a lot and would be glad to pass any info I can to someone that is willing to learn how to do this .

We started our shop in March 2013, out of a natural growth of our interests.
I am a production worker in the giant tire industry and Cheryl is a kitchen & bath designer. We wanted to start a business that we could work together and grow with. Both of us have always had an interest and talant for woodworking and design so we began searching for ideas and here we are. It is truly our desire and goal to constantly grow and improve our business and meet our customers expectations fully. Hi everyone! SO excited to find this team! I am new to Etsy and new to sign making! Check out my new shop. SaltboxHouseSigns, i LOVE your signs...and we have the same first name...lol.

My biggest challenge has been getting rid of my signs - I know - i WANT to sell them, but i put so much time into them that almost become my babies and I don't want to part! Anyone else have this problem?

I see so many unique sign makers....this is great.

Hi, my name is Sana... I grew up around artists so naturally I had to have some of that in my blood. My mom is an artist... my grandmother is a fabric painter... one of my sisters is a Graphic Designer and the other makes jewelry.. I'm a Graphic designer as well but what I miss is getting in there and getting my hands dirty with ART! So I do little things here and there on the side.. an I'm really liking working with wood!! Just listed my first item with Etsy today! I'm excited to share this with all of you and hoping to learn so much more!

We make signs from reclaimed wood. All signs are hand painted in the gallery. Some of them are just type, some have a graphic element. They all have a positive message :)

I love designing my signs using the computer and then hand-painting my designs on barn boards I salvage from crumbling barns in the MO countryside. Been painting off and on for 12 years now and creating inspiration for the walls of a home gives me a thrill.=)

I am a stay at home mom with 2 boys. I started crafting after my youngest was born. I joined Etsy (technically last Jan) but it took me until Nov to open my shop. I am in Iowa and I do lots of signs - some with bought stencils, some homemade, and some just by hand. I do other things besides signs but that is the majority.
