Hi there. I found your app tonight and was excited to give it a trial run, but it keeps telling me my free trial is over. I have allowed and removed access several times to no effect. Same with leaving access but clicking "open link in browser" to get a new key.

We are working on a possible fix to this problem that, for some reason, only affects a few of our users.

Usually this happens when the user's computer has an incorrect date/time.

Thanks for the purchase.

Did you use ShopShaper before? The 'verification code' box is for the code you get from Etsy after you allow access, and the 'activation key' box is for the key you bought. Some users mix up the two and enter them the wrong way.

One more thing

When copying a listing, the shipping profile setting is not copying AND the shipping profiles are not available from the drop down list.

I suspect this is because I'm just now creating shipping profiles. Is there a way to update the entire shop, not just the current listings?

If ShopShaper is open while you are creating the new shipping profiles on Etsy, you should try closing and opening ShopShaper again. They should show up in the drop down menu after that.

When copying listings across different shops, the profile is not copied along, because the user may not have the same profile at the second shop. This is an interesting point though and we will try to come up with a way to accomplish this by comparing existing profiles with the copied one, in an upcoming version of ShopShaper.

hello!!
This program seems awesome - would like to try it out but I'm having an issue.

When I select items, make the changes I want...nothing happens when I click the 'apply' button? Nothing happens if I click 'preview' on one of the items either. Running the OSx version.

I just now downloaded this program and already I seem to be having problems. I want to add a tag to my listings, and when I go to do that, then click on Save, the page doesn't change and the Item Title box highlights as though there's something wrong in there. So I add the tag to the title and that still doesn't change. What am I doing wrong, or is it not me?

Hi, I just downloaded the app and it says unzip which I did and then there is supposed to be an icon. There doesn't seem to be an icon. Everything I click on in the folder looks like files with no program files to link to.

After using my free trial last month I paid for the 1 day for 1 shop last night to un-do my changes. I received the email from Paypal that the transaction was completed but I still have not received a "key" to be able to use shopshaper. How long is it suppose to take? I need to get this done. I still have another shop that I need to pay for and use too.

Hi,

Our activation keys are generated and send automatically right after purchase, but for some reason our users with comcast email addresses don’t receive those e-mails. They seem not to be landing even in the spam folder. I have sent your activation key to your email address manually now. I hope it arrived.

Hi. I just downloaded the app, entered the URL and got my Verification Code. However when I entered the code I got an error message. It told me to cancel and try again. I've done so but it's not working.

I also have a question regarding the duration of the Free Trial. Your website says it's 7 days, but the downloaded app seems to say 3 days. Which is correct?

The free trial time is 7 days. We need to update that part in the app :)

The reason you get an error message could be that you wait too long between getting the verification code and entering it into ShopShaper. For security reasons, those codes are only valid for a short time.

Hello,

I have downloaded the app (Mac), changed my security settings to allow all, and managed to open the program.

I clicked add new shop - I authorized SS to access my Etsy account, I entered in the Step 2 box the verification code, and I get:
Error: Cancel and try again.

So I did, (restarted the program first) over and over - each time getting a new verification code and still the Cancel and try again red text. Ideas?

Hi, I had emailed you yesterday about not being able to use the app. I am having the same issue as PhenomenalWomenShop it seems and was told to try to delete my shop and then re add it. I have an access code for a month that I paid a month for and I am a little upset, because I have only been able to use it the first day that I got it, which was on the 23rd. Any help to try to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
