I have just purchased an activation key but my items aren't loading. I'm aware that I have a large shop so have waited a while but nothing.

Hi:
Just downloaded to my MacBook
- had to download the new java runtime and it will open.
- Having trouble adding my shop
- Verification code wouldn't work
- then I realized I have tried it before with same shop and I think may have purchased a one day activation key at some point
- anyway, went back and purchased a one day activation key,
- put that in and it still wants a verification code,
- so I put that in and it's still giving me an error code.
- "wrong verification code - cancel and try again".

Hi,

Downloading and installing the newest Java version on your computer should solve your issue though and we recommend downloading a JDK (which is a bigger file) rather than the java runtime (JDK includes JRE).
