Can't get it to run

I downloaded for mac (5 times already--2 before and 3 tonight) and when I click on the download, it states:

Unable to load java runtime environment

Can you help, please?

Did you also contact us via the form on our website? In that case, we've sent you an email and hope that the issue is resolved.

If not, then downloading the newest Java version should solve your issue and we recommend downloading a JDK (which is a bigger file) rather than the JRE (JDK includes JRE). Here is the link:

Usually our customers don’t have to do all this work, but a recent issue that has cropped up some time ago has forced us to find solutions like this. Hopefully our new version will not have this issue at all.

Trying to get started with ShopShaper. After entering the verification code I click on "add shop" and I get an error telling me to cancel and try again. I have tried this numerous times with the same results. I use Google Chrome. Please advise.

No just the first one. They are different versions of the same thing.
