I've been on Etsy for a while now and I still don't know how to do this. lol
Can anyone help me?

As in cancelling an order someone's already placed/paid for? Click on the receipt details, and in the order details, there's a link on the right to "Manage Order" - from there you have the option to issue a refund or cancel the transaction.
