My target market is Larpers, ren faire people and performers so I participate in blogs and advertise on websites with like interests. I also have a blog about my business and although I haven't posted in forever, I still get traffic from it. I also use twitter and facebook.
I think if I had the same target market as you do I would start a blog about related information and maybe findsome websites about repurposing whether it be craft repurposing or clothing repurposing and either ask to have your link put on there or simply use your link as your tag when you participate in a conversation. Basically just go out there and find somewhere that your product fits in and blow it up! Just have a presence in as many places as you can that are relative to your business. :)
