We are having a fashion shoot in 2 weeks so you can image what is going on in our lives sewing everyday and night getting ready; these can be the most stressful yet exciting moments! Spiced Orange Cake is in the oven while I chop up yellow blocks for a quilt which I have not decided if it will be in Pink or Pink and Yellow. I will try to make lots of both and make the decision at a later date.

I have just finished a 3 shoulder bag following a trend I am in right now. I have posted the first and tomorrow I will take pictures of the 2nd and 3rd. They are in the shabby chic/country style. I have a more restrained style then some. The bags are made from vintage 30's -40's -50's printed towels and dresser scarfs. I then add laces crocheted work and other embellishments to them. I also just posted quite a few new aprons that also use vintage towels printed and embroidered. I make my own patterns for most of them. However some I use patterns but I never can stay true to the pattern I always seem to change something in them. Here is my latest bag and apron.
