To Whom It May Concern, My name is Michael, and I have been an Etsy Seller since October 2017.  My shop name is MichaelLovesPhysics.  I am writing in reference to a question that I have about one of my Etsy listings. This is a listing of a cat pencil topper eraser, that I have tried to advertise on Etsy for a few months now.  I tried to advertise this listing as a school supply product for back-to-school season, which is in late July and early August in Tennessee where I live.  I ran an Etsy Ads campaign to promote this item, and it received a lot of clicks, views, and favorites.  But unfortunately, I have not been able to sell it at all.  I am trying to figure out why it did not sell, and I think that there might be several possible reasons why.   Do you think that my photographs and video of this item are good?  Or do you think they need some improvement?  Could you let me know, please? To Whom It May Concern, My name is Michael, and I have been an Etsy Seller since October 2017.  My shop name is MichaelLovesPhysics.  I am writing in reference to a question that I have about this red snowflake refrigerator magnet, that I have listed on my Etsy shop. I am trying to do research into the market for my products, and who my target customer base is, so that I can have a better idea of how much money I could possibly make by selling these products, because my Etsy sales have been very low ever since I started back in 2017.  Since I am vaccinated against the coronavirus, and since I received my coronavirus booster vaccine, I am hoping to sell my items at an in-person craft fair, a year from now.  Hopefully by that time, the coronavirus pandemic will be over, and the Omicron coronavirus variant wave will have ended.  What demographics would my target customer base consist of, for this particular type of item?  Could you please let me know? I have this listing on my shop, of a badge reel with a blue rose pendant glued to it.  I have gotten lots of views for this listing, but I haven’t been able to sell it so far.  Do my photos and video of this item need to be improved?  And does my item description for this listing need to be improved?  Could you let me know, please? To Whom It May Concern, My name is Michael, and I have been an Etsy Seller since October 2017.  My Etsy shop name is MichaelLovesPhysics.  Because I enjoy physics and science, the common theme for all of my items on my Etsy shop is physics and the physical sciences.  I am writing in reference to a question that I have about one of my Etsy listings. I have this photographic print of the Full Moon on my Etsy shop, that has been listed on my shop since 2019.  I have advertised it via Etsy Ads, with a lot of visits to this listing, and no sales.  I have a Pinterest page for my Etsy shop, and in April 2021, I advertised this listing via Pinterest Ads.  The ad was targeted at my target customer base, people who are interested in physics and the physical sciences, because I thought that they were the customers who would be the most likely to purchase this item.  However, when I ran the Pinterest ad for this item, I had five customers in my target customer base visit this listing over the course of 3 days, but none of them made a purchase.  For some reason, a lot of people visit this listing, but none of them have purchased this item.  Do you happen to know why I wasn’t able to sell this photographic print?  Could you please let me know?
