It seems you're getting a lot of traffic and that's good for having so few items. I have almost 2800 views and only 6 sales. A lot of views come from promo forum and team games so it's not as accurate as actual shoppers. Checking direct search results gives you a better understanding of how you're being found, what key words work and what doesn't, and what people are shopping for.
I posted this in another team, it has some links to help get you going and hopefully getting more sales. The best advise I can give is read the handbook and what's in the forums/team threads.

I'm on a few different teams and try and give some helpful advise to those who are just starting out. The biggest "mistake" would be Tags & Titles. I'm still working my items over, but have seen a drastic improvement in having my items found in searches.
