How long to wait for buyer to respond?

I had a sale today, but there is a bit of a mix up in what color she wants (the listing says that I have 1 set of dark red and 2 sets of light red). Her order came across as two sets of dark red. I've contacted her to see if she would prefer two sets of light or one set of each color. How long do I wait? Obviously, it's not shipping until Monday anyway. If I don't hear back from her, what do you think I should do? Choose which colors myself? Refund the order?

I would try like crazy to get her another order of dark red. Can you hunt down the fabric on etsy somewhere and make another in the color she requested? Maybe overnight the order so you can get it done. This is a tough one, hope you hear back from the customer. Let us know how it goes. I have caught myself making this mistake but luckily I found it before someone ordered it. Sounds like its time to do inventory. I try to check my listings and my supplies every other month.

She did get back to me the same evening and asked just for the one darker set. So I shipped it out and issued a partial refund for the second set. The order arrived a her house today.

The fabric was some I bought in a lot from an individual over a year ago, so no clue where it originally came from.

I think my mistake is that I placed the light red and the dark red in the same listing and should have made them two separate listings, instead of just placing the number of each color in the description.
