Happy April everyone!!!

Starting a new thread for the month!!

Just a reminder...this is the thread where we should post chit chat, new items, treasuries, and really anythign and everything! That way it is easier to just click on the one thread to get all our team info, as opposed to 3 or 4!

I'm totally excited for this month - lots going on! I'm finally off work so I can (hopefully) get a bunch of stuff completed before baby arrives...it's my b-day in a couple days, Easter, and who knows - the little one COULD be here this month!!

Started the morning off with a fun Easter themed treasury...featuring 8 or 9 teamies!

Jen's advice is great. We have a spot in our shop to customize an item. The amount is paid in full. I think when you have good contact with a customer, keep them in the loop with convos where you can upload three photos at a time, the custom orders run smoothly. I will say, all the convos and photos are more work, but I think customers really feel like they received great service and will come back for more. Happy sales!

Yes, I learnt my lesson by not asking a payment before a custom order. After the person asked me to change 100 times a design and buying special materials for her artwork, she sent me an e-mail saying she did not want it anymore without any reason...what a waste of time and money...

Hey guys! Sorry I've been MIA since this weekend!! I'm finding that since I'm getting so far along in my pregnancy some days are busy days and some days are the hang out on the couch days!! Getting sooo sore and tired already!!

But, I do have an excuse besides that I guess...it's my b-day today!! My last year in the 20s (29!)...not sure if that's good or bad! Hubby surprised me with a special night on Saturday and even arranged for my daughter to sleep over at Grandma's house. TOngiht we are just going to bbq some steaks (and hopefully an icecream cake!).

DId I mention that my husband got me a super amazing new sewing machine for my b-day??? It's sooooo awesome...I never realized how crappy my old machine was until I started sewing with this one!! It can do 215 different stitch functions!

Anyways, here's my first Etsy listing that I've sewn on my new machine (the first actual thing I sewed on it was a baby blanket for the new baby)!

Welcome all you new members! SO glad you checked in!

Well, I've never actually bought into a BNR, just featured from the begining I guess. I think this was the second one that I've been in. Haven't had luck on either though. They do get a lot of views though and I think I received a bunch of hearts from being in this last BNR...so I guess it's good!

Got a whole bunch of baby stuff today - diapers, wipes, wipes warmer, soothers, etc. It feels so weird that we are going to be a family of 4 soon!!!

Yup...jen is right! I'm due on May 19th but I have type 1 diabetes so chances are they won't let me go all the way to 40 weeks (depending on the size of the baby - she's currently about 5 pounds!). My first daughter was born 2 full weeks early so this one may come early naturally too!
