We have contacted Etsy 8 days ago regarding this issue and to date have not had a response. We have been advised by different customers that they cannot purchase from our Patten site. One advised that the "add to cart" button was not working correctly. We contacted Etsy 4 days ago to advise this but still haven't heard back. One customer, who is a computer programmer, advised that it was working on mobile devices but not laptops. Our post in the regular community forum is advising there are other people with this same issue. Is there a way to get Etsy to look into this issue.
I have contacted them several times in the last 10 days or so and only obtained utterly unsatisfying answers. It is a on-off issue and on some devices it seems working as I did get some orders via pattern in the last days. Anyway it's an annoying issue and this time Etsy seems quite disregarded. They have not found and way to fix that.
