Hi there, I’m having reports this last week from customers using chrome on their laptops on my Pattern website. They cannot process a transaction and it keeps whizzing at basket stage. Anyone else? I am losing sales every couple of hours over this.
There have been many issues with Etsy checkout the past two weeks. One of my customers said their basket was showing Norwegian currency, they were in the US. I contacted Etsy Support and it was a glitch in their system which was fixed within an hour. The whole system went down twice last week. I'm not sure what's going on. Yes same here. Customers can’t add items to their basket if they are anything but iOS. Most fristrating. Can’t get a response from Etsy...
