Mailchimp domain connection

Hello All,

I have been trying to connect my Pattern domain with MailChimp.  But have been unsuccessful.  MailChimp is telling me they cannot see the records in my DNS records I added in Pattern.  Has anyone done this through Mailchimp?  They have a very specific way of adding their information to the Pattern DNS records, which I have followed, I think.  If anyone can help I would appreciate it.   I have contacted Etsy support and they have emailed me but the email option of trying to resolve this is long and painful.  I would love to speak to Pattern Tech Support but I guess that is not possible.  Any information would be so very helpful.

I set mine up 5 years ago. I don't remember the process, but it was pretty simple (for me). I just followed the instructions given here https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000344608?segment=selling and it linked. I think it took several days before it officially activated to be honest. I wish I could help more, but without looking over your shoulder to see what you are missing, I don't have any other suggestions. Just make sure you type exactly what they ask for in the box, don't add any unnecessary spaces or additional characters.
