how can i find out if i fall through the cracks?

soulyluna, despite all the buzz on here about the regulations, I think you and many others are completely off the radar. If I were you, I wouldn't worry about it. Especially if you don't even qualify for a business license. Note, this is just what I think.

Nothing has been officially exempted yet - not even cotton or wool. It's going through a comment period right now. And if that exemption passes, it will only be UNDYED, UNPIGMENTED fibers. It's a common misconception now due to some media reporting touting that the CPSC exempted cotton and wool. All they really did was exempt the raw ntural fabric - it can't be treated in any way.

So unfortunately, at this point we all still have to test.
