Selling overseas

I know that EU countries have different regulations than the US and was wondering if I had to go about with different testing, ect if I were to sell outside the U.S.? Just curious if anyone has any experience with this?

Jenni, I would go over the EU rules and see where you already comply. based on US law. Then, when you have all that together, call Neal Cohen, the CPSC ombudsman. His contact information is pinned at the top of the threads. You don't want your products stopped at customs. Neal may be able to help you know what you need to do and include on any paperwork.
